Maxis Makeover - Bright House
I went a little colour crazy with this house. Actually more like alot crazy. I broke my usual makeover / house creating rule of starting with the exterior, and decided to go nuts and decorate the interior of this house first. Judging from the psychodelic colours, it probably wasn't my best idea ever : D I also got kind of sick of it by the time I got to the exterior so that part of the house is a little rushed. Anyway, with 2 beds and 2 baths, priced at $83453 furnished this makes a great house for an established sim family. It is actually the Simovitch house (1019 Dogwood Lane) from Riverview and I haven't altered the floor plan at all from it. Lot size 4 x 3... enjoy the crazy!
Like I said, I went a tad colour crazy! Ok, so I've playtested this version of the house, and the only major problem I found was that both dressers are inaccessible. If you move the plant and lips couch slightly things should work fine. It's also the first house I've uploaded with CC (in particular store items) so I'm not 100% sure how that will work out.
