Rainbow Village Pier
For any of you that saw my origional version when I posted it on S2C, I have finally got my act together, and after extensive alteration and playtesting am proud to present you all with Rainbow Village Pier! It's a tad different to the first version (due to the stupidity of beach lots and pay CC) but I am certain that with the sea breeze and salt air on their face, your sims will love it anyways.
More than just a beach and sand, Rainbow Village pier contains numerous shops, beauty salons and activities for your sims to enjoy, including a waterfront seafood resturant.
Situated on a 3x5 beach lot, the ground floor bakery is the perfect place for your sims to grab a coffee and catch up with friends. Or if they can afford it, for the hefty price of just over $170 000 the bakery can be run as a fully operational buisness.
A games room is conveniently located above the bakery for those colder months when swimming in the beach isn't an option.
No pier would be compleate without a swimwear and 'discount' souvinier shack for a priceless memory of your outing at the beach.
Finally make sure to give your sims a chance to unwind after a big day outside at the all inclusive hairdresser and massage room.
