Busy busy busy and New Blog
Meh I don't think there's such thing as a summer vacation. I haven't had one in centuries, though, so maybe it's just me.
Anyway, I've been volunteering at the local library here this summer and working on grad apps and the GRE, but I did have the time earlier this year to start a little blog on blogger though. It's a pretty no-nonsense, happy-go-lucky type blog (no srs business), but I figure if any of my lj friends have blogger accounts that I'd let you know so we could follow each other. I'll be spending most of my time over there in terms of journaling.
I'm looking for a part time job in the area too, but it's hard since Weaverville is pretty much Mayberry. It reminds me of the town in Blazing Saddles where everyone is named Howard Johnson. *sigh*
