He knew he was above all others and destined to be the master of all things, and he liked the position of power he had. He told himself that was why he let the ant stay near him; because he liked getting the worship and devotion he rightly deserved.
But that wasn’t entirely true. The truth was, he started becoming attached to Inferno, and found he'd grown fond of him. So he let his newly-appointed second get closer, and closer.
The Majesty Megatron only deserved to have nice things, after all.
