(no subject)
man it was sweet to have pretty much all the boys together for a drink the other night. flying hungover wasnt nearly as bad as expected. i just slept alot. missed the first half of miami vice, but caught all of the inconvenient truth. managed to get to my intended destination with all my luggage and passport intact, which is a step up from last time, though i still have quite a few more legs on this journey.
as of yesterday i am one step closer to fulfilling my top gun fantasies. there were some sweet ray ban avaitors which i WASNT going to buy, but then they came down in price by about 60% and i caved.... im a pushover... would maverick have done that??
i still cant get over how small my aunties place is. the top half of the shower is where clothes are hung, so you cant stand up to shower. instead you sit down on a little stool and... its weird.
speaking of little stools, i swear there is no fibre in any of the food around here either. i want to know how people... yknow... man id love some fresh vegetables, multigrain bread and some weetbix or something. i bought some clothes and the new sparklehorse cd instead (man it sounds good). (ps - swoods, youd cream yourself at the evisu stores)
ok, time to try and work out how to get home. last night after a bit cheeky bottle of duvel, i managed to stumble on the right light bus and by sheer pot luck someone else was getting off at the same place as me (there arent really any stops, you just call out the street where you want to get off). i then proceeded to get lost in the short walk, relieve myself in a random park and then get pulled up by some cops not for relieving myself in a public place, but because i was walking out of said park at 2am and apparently that looks a bit suss. so they searched my bag a bit and then let me on my way.
