Evita
This entry is dedicated to my Evita friends. Renee in particular because we can sing the entire soundtrack, and love to do so whenever possible.
But Vera is also an Evita friend because we share a special connection over the song "Another Suitcase in Another Hall"
I'm going a tad crazy today, and right now I feel like this lyric:
Time and time again I've said that I don't care, that I'm immune to gloom, that I'm hard through and through, but everytime it matters all my words desert me, so anyone can hurt me, and they do.
So to end it off
Call in three months time, and I'll be fine I know. Well maybe not that fine, but I'll survive anyhow. I won't recall the names and places of each sad occaission, but that's no consolation here and now.
I'm not really sure if that's 100% correct on my feelings, but I love that song so much. So so so so so much. I had to quote it in my livejournal at some point in time or another. This is my favourite movie soundtrack hands down. And I don't think that anyone could have played Eva Peron better than Madonna...so take that everyone else who wanted that part...mother fuckers.
We are tired of the decline of Argentina with no sign of, a Government fit to give us the things we deserve.
