I wish I had the power
To fire consultants from my group. I am so sick of the same @$$hole causing all sorts of scheduling, billing, and personnel issues within my group. While he does report to me, I am not "his boss" and therefore cannot fire him. If I could I would give him the boot tomorrow at 8AM.
