My interesting nite.
ok well tonite started out perfectly fine. I went to see the Coast Guard recruiter today. I watched the Boot camp video. It scared me a little. But it just made me realize even more that I need to push myself both physically and mentally. So that was good. We had our first swim meet. We lost of course but that was mainly b/c the other team had 50 billion little kids. Our 15-18 ppl stomped them so that's all that matters to me. I won all 5 of my events tonite.I have a feeling that this year, my last season, will be my best. Well everything was going fine. A bunch of us had plans to go to Waffle House. It was me, my bro and nathan in the car.Nathan was driving. We were following some other friends... tim & Jacqui in a truck and John C in his car. we were on hwy 78 and decided to "race". We of course beat them and I told nate to get in front of tim and slow down. Well when he did that he spotted a cop in the turn lane. He flashed his lights. and we got pulled over. John C is just laughing and he got away. We also saw tim pull away too. Well nate was going 68 in a 45 zone. he's only 16 years old. The cop asked me my age and I told him 18 and he said that I could be held responsible for nate b/c I'm and adult. THAT I did not know. Oh and we also couldn't find the insurance card. So that was kinda crazy. Well they also caught tim later on and brought him over to whre we were pulled over. They called their rents etc. But they didn't write them a ticket. B/c it was their first offense. They also told the cops that they weren't racing just speeding. But the cops were really nice and let them off. These guys were lucky b/c their licenses could have gotten pulled etc. so the waffle house plans fell through. Which was exactly what I told my rents. but not why they fell through. So the nite that was great turned into one w/a lot of cussing. oh well we have something to laugh about now.
