Character Personality:
Teddie is a very simple character to understand, when it comes to his personality. The first thing that one would notice is that he's very optimistic. It's easy for Teddie to show off how much he likes and trusts someone, as well as his positivity for every situation. During the battles on the Midnight Channel, Teddie is often the one cheering them on and encouraging the group. It is even said later in the game that Teddie being around was always helpful for the team to stay strong because of his encouragement and high energy.
Also, Teddie is quite the uncontrollable flirt. He will practically hit on anything female, and does it obviously so. The girls in the group often ignore his passes, but he has (because of his looks) made a lot of girls flustered. He even hit on a married woman who worried as a Sample Lady at Junes! Someday, Teddie will, as he says “score” with the ladies, but sadly, his attempts have ended in failure.
Additionally, Teddie is very childlike. Being a shadow, he developed a human ego and eventually, after obtaining a persona, a body. He hasn't experienced things in the human world, so when he goes over, he often has questions on how to do things, and loves trying every new thing he can. This makes him much like a child learning about the world, which is likely the reasoning for his closness with Nanako.
However, despite this, Teddie does have some pretty deep emotions running through him. He's always thinking about what he is and how he fits in, and he even runs away from the group to try and figure it out. When Teddie isn't helping someone, something that he tries very hard to always do, he feels completely useless and it really gets him down. This is why, after Nanako is hospitalized, he disappears. Teddie realized that he was just useless, but also realized he was a shadow and was afraid out the others would react to him. Once he was told that everything was okay, that he was okay being him, he returns to his usually chipper self.
Character Abilities:
Teddie's abilities at first are mostly used for Support. He is able to “sniff” out the location for the group as long as he has some idea of who the person is. This, however, is replaced when the group obtains Rise and Teddie gets his own Persona. Using things that can be put on his hands, mostly claws, Teddie is able to attack and also use his persona to assist the group. His persona specializes in healing as well as ice magic.
Character Weaknesses:
Teddie's real weakness is his friends. Any time they are hurt or he is unable to assist them, Teddie completely falls apart. In any situation, if someone wanted to get a one up on him, they would just have to use his friends against him. Teddie's willingness to help as well can be a weakness, as his over eager attitude can cause a little bit of trouble for him.
Also, because Teddie is naïve, he will believe almost anything anyone says. He's not very worldly, so tricking him into thinking certain things or going along with something would not be too hard. Luckily, he knows right and wrong, so it doesn't get him into too much trouble.
[ WEAPON SECTION ]
Why your character should be a Weapon: Teddie is a character who really enjoys helping others out, which is often why he is supportive in battle. He loves to be able to assist and feels useless when he can't. This mind set would make him a perfect weapon for any meister to wield.
What is your character's Weapon form?: The form he takes is two black knuckles with three long claws extending out from them, a thin (yet very durable) chain connecting the two. His weapon form has two abilities:
Bufu: This ability allows the weapon to summon ice to come up and attack the opponent.
Dia: The ability to heal the meister should they sustain minor injuries.
[ SOUL INFORMATION ]
Soul Description: optimistic, energetic, flirtatious, brave, reliable and kind
Soul Appearance: White in color, Teddie's soul is very simple. With a little set of visible bear ears, it's smiling happily, it looks very eager and excited, much like Teddie himself.

First Person:
[ Teddie's fumbling with the communicator, making noises and trying to turn it on. When he notices that something is on, he tries to put his hand through the screen ]
Huh? Why isn't it working? I thought for sure this was a miniature TV! They keep saying something about some war with witches and all that, which I don't get. I left Nana-chan at home with the others and I have to join them!
[ this time, he presses his nose to it ]
Sensei! I'm coming!!
Third Person:
This wouldn't do, Teddie couldn't be here! He couldn't be in another world! Even so, he needed to get back to his world, it was beary important that he did! Sighing, he sat down and looked around. It was hot and he was beginning to wonder why he was still wearing his bear suit. Taking off the head, he looked around, wondering where in the world was this.
“Where could Sensei be? How are they going to find Adachi!?” He said, worried, even though he knew it was rather silly to talk to oneself, “They wouldn't go without me, would they?” Looking down for a moment, he worried that maybe they thought he was useless or what would happen if he wasn't there to help.
Standing up and shaking his head, Teddie shoved the bear head back down on his one. He then proceeded off, quietly hurrying though the city shouting for his friends, hoping they were here. “They wouldn't ever go without me! After all, they need the help of a good bear!”
