todays anus: breezy and warm.
yes that's right...a beautiful day in the fine state of michigan. if i had any money i'd go to the zoo. thinking of spending it on canvases instead, so it's a pleasant day around the house and yard.
i baited the bird trap today, seed in the bird feeder to attract the lovely foul that my dog then stalks and , on the occasional lucky lunge, maims or injures.
i know that sounds cruel and harsh...but the sparrows must learn about darwinism. mine is a noncreationist yard in which only the quickest and most alert sparrows survive the gentle ministrations of the Dog Who Must Kill Small Animals And Plushies. it is her wont. she is fierce and huge. i actually find it amazing that she has ever caught a bird. her final lunge is an ungainly GALUMPH. to date the squirrels have eluded her at every turn. they taunt her in the cruelest fashion.
in other news, the new dryer is hooked up. we now have the greatest unexpected side effect: the basement is now redolent with the smell of clean laundry. life is indeed good, hold the starch.
the contraption upon which i type has yet to be successfully geeked, i fear impending expenditure. videocard BAD.
new paintings: hate them so far. i have the idea....i just have to do it justice. paintings BAD.
work has been alright enough, though i see no vacation in sight. i did not realize that "house poor" would be an applicable description of my financial status til the end of my days
alrighty...that would be news of the day. life is grand, turkey soup on the stove, night off, laundry to do, paintings to paint.
