15. Do you sleep on a certain side of the bed? Left is technically my side of the bed, but since Tanya arrived I've been sleeping on the right since the crib is there. I'll switch back to the left in the summer.

18. What plans do you have for the weekend? Relax and have a bit of time to myself since Bear is home and can play with Tanya and take her for a walk. Nothing exciting. I'm pretty much at home all the time now, unless I'm at work. Winter is not the best time to go somewhere with a baby. So Tv and a book and trying to find jobs to apply to.
19. Do you eat out or at home more? At home. I like to cook and I prefer home cooking. Eating out is a rare treat for me

29. Do you wear any jewelry 24/7? Yes. My pearl earrings. I pierced my ears on them when I was 12. I rarely wear other earrings. I don't even notice they're on. My ears can't have anything but gold for more than a day anyway.
30. Do you speak any other language? Yes. My native language is Russian and obviously I'm fluent in English. I can read Latin, French, Italian and Belorussian.

33. Do you sleep with stuffed animals? Yes, with a big brown bear called Jamesy Bear. Bear gave him to me when we were 19 for Christmas. I never used to sleep with a stuffed animal until I was 28. Then I got heart palpitations. I have PVCs - premature ventricular contractions - very benign. What is really happening is a beat being early and the second beat takes longer to happen. What it feels like is your heart pausing or skipping a beat - very freaky and unnerving despite the knowledge that it is ok. I discovered that a big stuffed animal held to my chest muffles my heart at night and helps me not to stress over it, especially when they come every few beats. I don't hear my PVCs often anymore - mostly in times of stress but it still helps a lot.
