Movies in 2022
I watched 50 movies in 2022! That is a lot of movies! None in the movie theatre - a lot of Netflix, some Disney +. I also had HBO Max for part of the year, then Paramount+ for a few month and Bear got Peacock for a bit, so I was able to actually watch a bunch of recent movies. And I am watching more movies with the girls at times. 10 were rewatches. My favorite new to me movie was Encanto. My least favorite was "Supernova" since it dragged. I feel it was a good movie year, especially because I actually felt in the loop, watching more recent movies on streaming.

TV in 2022
There was a lot of good TV this year. My favorite one hour show was "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" since I loved the cast and characters and it just felt like Star Trek. Considering that I didn't bother to finish "Discovery Season 4" I'm glad there was something super Star Treky. Picard Season 2 was ok but not the best plot. I'm looking forward to Season 3 though. And I just noticed that none of the shows I watch are proper long seasons of network TV. It is all streaming and shorter things, which is how I prefer it. A regular network season feels too long now.

My favorite 30 minute show was "Our Flag Means Death". I actually watched it twice since I enjoyed the humor so much. Looking forward to the second season. I also caught up with all the Marvel shows (except Werewolf at Night). And I watch the entirety of "The Big Bang Theory." I couldn't get in animated Star Trek though, and I'm not sure why. I watch 17 comedy specials. Some were funnier than others, except David Spade - he was not funny at all anymore.
