Wisconsin, Illinois' bitch!
We all know that Indiana is the armpit of Illinois. But few know how much Wisconsin is Illinois' bitch. That's right. This was a poster weekend for Illinois football.
First up, U of I put the beat down on the formerly #5 ranked Wisconsin Badgers. (Badgers, we don't need no stinkin' Badgers). After an Illini 31-26 victory, they vaulted up to #18 in the AP poll (#19 in the USA Today poll). So obviously, that was awesome. They also have the Big 10 and are off to a 5-1 start!!!
But not to be outdone, Da Bears followed it up with a 27-20 victory up at Lambeau Field. That's right, not only did Chicago go up to Green Bay and win, but they knocked the Packers from the unbeaten list, helped Fav-re get the record for all time interceptions thrown, and of course, got to make the whole state of Wisconsin their bitch. Suck it!
