Howdy Folks,

Yes it's been a longtime, but it's all good! I've been working out with a trainer 3 x a week and doing 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week(treadmill,bike and elliptical routine) since October 13th, been working out since March by myself. I'm down to 294lbs or 55lbs gone! I've got muscles now! I'm only 4lbs from my playing weight, scary! If I could figure out how to post pics here( I know not even that savvy) I'll do a before and after, help appreciated on that front. I'm also keeping the calories down, and my activity level up! There are other benefits as well, but you'll have to ask! The wet season is upon us in Portland, so I've cultivated this indoor lifestyle perfectly. I still will not bar myself from good food, but I understand the consequences if I do indulge. Yes I've been much more active on FB, so you can find me over there as well. Happy Holiday Bears!
