Another day
I wasn't feeling well yesterday. My stomach was very upset with me for some reason and I felt dizzy all day. I went home early (which means I left at 5:15 and got home at 5:50) and rested the rest of the evening. I feel much better today, although I am still treating my stomach with a little care, I would rather not upset it again.
My meeting with my advisor went well. He agreed with me that it was time to move on to the last two experiments I have to do. I am trying to get a head start on these. I am doing an experiment with the expectation that I have my desired clone, before I have the sequence back. Could save me a lot of time in the long run, assuming the sequence is right. If not, oh well, it was worth a shot to try and save time. My other experiment (chimeras) seems like it might be working well - at least the cloning.
Other than that, nothing too exciting going on. M and I have a lot to do this weekend to prepare for our trip to PA for his friend's wedding. We still have to buy gifts, make sure we have the proper clothes to wear to the occassion and book a hotel with the help of
tadpoll I hope. *smiling*

madd_hadder check on the cats last night and they are doing okay. They act like they haven't been fed in a week, but I know that isn't true. They actually all came out and greeted me, so they must be missing Mom and Dad.
