zomg... an actual post.
Yes, yes... try not to die from a heart attack or something equally bad.
I'm trying this new thing where I'm being social and not the extreme hermit I have been for the last... year or so.
It's been a topsy, turvy time.
New store opened yesterday.
New home... duplex's are nice. Don't have to worry about upstairs or downstairs neighbors making a ruckus. Why? Because this duplex is a two story one. Bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. Den, kitchen and HALF BATH... is downstairs. There's a little backyard for cookouts and Lil' Red to go play in. Our mighty trashcan is right out the front door instead of treading halfway across the complex to dump the nightly trash. It's like living in a real house, except the parking is still really shitty.
It was really good to see old friends at Elysium last night. It was very warming. :-)
Need to get the house in tip top shape. Meaning, I'm probably the one that's going to be doing the most of unpacking and placing there's where they should be. And, I think I've come to grips with that. I was talking to my mom and she told me she went through the same thing with my dad. Funny though, cuz he always seemed like a neat freak... but, apparently, not. She still goes through it with him and she deals with it. So, if I really love him, I need to let go of the small shit and not let it bother me so.
World of Warcraft... crack for the ages.
Got a Wii the other day. A Sims game is coming out for that in July... so gonna get it. I need to install Sims on this laptop. Granted, it's not Sims 2... but I can still have some fun with them.
I will try and keep more updated... or just have more random thoughts or things going on. More than a sentence long.
