It's half-time of the MSU game.............or should I say the Tarheel game? MSU is getting BLOWN out. Maybe a second half push? Let's hope.
So, in a previous post I talk a bit about powerlifting. I've been in contact with top professional powerlifter, Chad Aichs via email throughout the last 2 weeks or so. He's been a tremendous help. I've seen increase in overall power. Of course, I had to tell him how handsome I thought he was also..............I kinda snuck in a few words of admiration. He was flattered : ) Then mentioned his "hot" girlfriend. Darn!
I plan to stay in contact with him. He takes pride in helping people train the right way. I admire that about him as well.
