why? Because you ruined one of my favorite storyline form the 80s.
Ok, I'll admit that in this case it's not necessary a bad thing. But it is annoying. You see, being male and a child of the 80s I was all keen on seeing with Devi's due publishing id with the GI Joe license. In particular picking up the threat on what they did with Snake Eyes and Stormshadow. (Come on.. 80s remember, what kid didn't want to be a ninja?)
And you ruined it for me.
I never saw that story as a white dude usurping the place of a non white person before. Especially annoying in light of the fact that Stormshadow saves Snake Eyes in this version of the story and shows brotherhood and for no apparent reason decides that he doens't like it.
*sighs*
What can you do though really? You can't blame Devil's due for a legacy character, can you?
