[She smiles, taking a step back.]

Do you have a moment? I wanted your opinion on something.

Certainly.

[He steps out of the room.]

What did you wish to ask?

Well...what would you say to another housemate? Well, and one dragon. We were thinking about adding an extra room, so you don't have to share.

[beardpuddle]

A housemate with a dragon? What brought this about?

[mistlegacy]

Concern. Hiccup is rather young and seemed lonely in a house of his own. Toothless is his devoted dragon companion, but I'm sure he could do with some human housemates, as well. The rest of the house has met them before, but I know you haven't....

[beardpuddle]

As long as he is not overly loud or nosy, and his dragon can be kept in hand, then I have no objection to it. I assume with Kain here, the latter will not be much of a problem.

[She nods.]

Kain's way with dragon seems to carry over to those of other worlds. And I admit, part of this is for him. He doesn't get along with many people; have those he likes nearby would help.

Perhaps it will make him more agreeable, then.

I have no objections to this boy living here.

Good! I'm you'll get along. Hiccup is very polite, and Toothless will mostly be on the roof, as it is.

When will he be joining us?

[mistlegacy]

Probably before the next experiment, later in the month. I'd like him settled in by then, because right afterward we'll get more newcomers and I won't be able to help around the house as much.

Certainly. Room is being made for him, I assume.

[She's quick to nod.]

Oh, yes. Kain and Cecil have offered to help with that, and thanks to the talents of others, I'm sure we'll have added space in no time.

Good. Then I will have to meet with this boy soon.
