Raw Review: SummerSlam so far: DX vs. Vince & Shane; Edge vs. Cena for the WWE title(Edge can lose belt if he gets DQed); Hulk Hogan vs. Randy Orton
Triple-H busted for carrying Cuban cigars? Lame excuse to get him out the way for the main event. C'mon, he's still celebrating the birth of his daughter. At least that's what I would have said to the rent-a-cops. Either that, or that I was holding them for Vince for his celebration of his granddaughter's birth.
Foley & Flair ruled on the mic tonight. They're gonna kill each other at SummerSlam.

WWE and NBC are in the process of re-evaluating their plan for Saturday Night’s Main Event. After the second special bombed in the ratings, both parties see the need to get a new game plan for marketing and maybe even a new timeslot. The feeling within WWE is to get a later timeslot on Saturday nights that could potentially help boost the ratings. There are still those that remain optimistic in WWE, as one source said that at least WWE gets the exposure of being on broadcast television.
I seem to remember that SNME was on late at night, replacing SNL for a week every couple of months. I think it could work for a quick ratings boost, but that's about it.
