Danica finishes 10th at Daytona as she wrecks on final lap
Danica Patrick wound up finishing 10th just now in the Subway Jalapeno 250 Nationwide Series race at Daytona, leading 13 laps total as the two-car tango continues on the repaved Daytona International Speedway.
Danica had one of the faster cars tonight, starting 7th and stayed in the top 15 throughout the race, wwith Tony Stewart pushing her in the first half of the race and JR Motorsports teammate Aric Amirola pushing in the 2nd half of the race.
She ended up in a big crash on the final lap, as Mike Wallace slid up the track and when Danica checked up, she got bumped by Amirola and she and Wallace got together and collected Tony Stewart, Elliot Sadler, and a few other cars, as Joey Logano won the race.
Danica goes back to Indycar next week for the race in Toronto.
