Rundown: GTO manga, stupidity of Wal-Mart employees, new World champ
-I got the other three volumes of the GTO manga(Volumes 2, 3, & 5) that I ordered at Books-A-Million today. The clerk happened to find them in another place not long after I had left there last Wednesday.
-From the "How dumb can they be?" Department: I went to Wal-Mart to get the GTAIV guide(I got the game for my brother last week) for $9.99 using the Circuit City ad. So I bring the guide from electronics in the back of the store to the front checkout. I show the cashier the ad and she takes the guide and the ad all the way to Customer Service while stopping at other cashiers. She comes back to the counter and thinks that the guide cost $54.99 and the game cost $9.99 and then says that six other employees told her the same. I did explain to her that no, the guide was $9.99 and the game cost $54.99, but she wasn't hearing it, so I decided that I wasn't going to argue and decided not to get the guide there. So I'll just go to Circuit City tomorrow instead.
What kind of morons do they hire at Wal-Mart? My mistake was that I should have just checked out in electronics, since they'd know more than the people at the front of the store.
-Some WWE news: CM Punk is now the World Champ after cashing in the Money In The Bank and beating Edge with the Go To Sleep not long after Edge was destroyed by Batista, then he beat JBL in the main event tonight on Raw.
