So in an effort to get in shape I have been trying non-conventional exercises to see what kind of progress I can make without joining a gym. I am most interested in gaining better stamina, so I bought a book on MMA conditioning because it seemed like what I want. So three days a week I do an endurance series (squats, dive bomb push ups, sqat, jumping jacks) three or four series of five to six exercises. Twice a week I do strongman exercises, now these are interesting. They consist of using sledgehammers, dragging sleds, lifting bags filled with sand. So the one I tried tonight was strapping some rope to my moms truck and dragging it to me, will be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow,
