I hate electronics. That's why I studied mechanical engineering. But I have to do electrical stuff for work, and it sucks. All these damn zener diodes and blocking resistors and BJT-this and NPN-that and reverse-bias-the-other make me extremely frustrated and annoyed. None of it is straightforward, and I am not given access to the tools to simulate any of it. Not to mention how truly annoying trying to lay out a circuit board is.

I really, sincerely hate electronics.
