The bullion stitch, with the rayon thread, worked a lot better than I thought it would.
I've decided that I don't need petal 'e' after all. Instead, I'll do some needle woven picots where I was going to put that petal. The stitching is all done on the petals, the bullion knots are done. And I've started the wire edging.
