The cold is a bit better, (it's the practice I think) and retook the pictures.
I did find a picture at the beginning of the construction...
And here's the finished brooch...
I learned a lot with this one. You can't see them, but underneath are some more petals that are attached to the center section. This seemed like a good idea at the time, until I worked on the buttonhole edging. I don't recommend doing this again, it was very unpleasant to work.
The white petals are silk thread worked straight on the wire and the gold thread. That's something I'll work again.
