See Length

We skipped the light Fandango
Turned cartwheels 'cross the floor
I was feeling kind of seasick
But the crowd called out for more
The room was humming harder
As the ceiling flew away
When we called out for another drink
The waiter brought a tray

And so it was that later
As the Miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale

She said there is no reason
And the truth is plain to see
But I wandered through my playing cards
And would not let her be
One of sixteen vestal virgins
Who were leaving for the coast
And although my eyes were open
They might just as well've been closed

And so it was that later
As the Miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly
Turned a whiter shade of pale

Rocol Harum
A Whiter Shade of Pale

Guess what? I scraped the shit out of the passenger side of my car today on this fucking yellow post at the end of a gas station lane. I barely squeezed my car into this little space (Whoever designed this thing was CLEARLY a military man) and I usually just squeeze out of the spot, but today my shit got fucked (Thanks James). I hope I have money left for my plan next month. Maybe I will have a "job" after I move. Maybe I won't do 24 hours worth of homework weekly for a token class. That would be so strange.

Next year I'm going to drown children.
