Acoustic Subwoofer

Saturday I picked up Preston and Cory, got gas, and drove out to Kapolei to play with Indra. We recorded a 96 second long progressive metal song that Cory knew. Then we drove back to base. Then today around 1245 hrs I quit the band, taking the name with me as I thought of it.

Rock gives direction to my confused and fuddled life. When I am in a band, the stars all align and life makes sense. But there just isn't time to jam with a band twice a week for three or four hours. Unfortunately that won't bring in the money that I need to update my equipment and spoil Samantha, the queen of All Under Heaven. Plus, we had to kick James out at the first practice. I would rather be in a shit band that never gigged and had the worst reputation in the school than be in another band with Preston.

I keep reading The Teaching of Buddha. I've had a few overly pious pricks tell me I was going to Hell for defiling myself with His Wisdom, but I think God would more likely send ignorant fucks to Hell than somebody who was say trying to better understand the beliefs of one-sixth of the world. But I've been wrong before.
