WOW! Things have sure escalated since the last posting. It has been a roller coaster of events. Well, after Jeremy left from Vancouver, I got a call from Jill in Calgary that she was coming for a visit. Ok thinking it was only a couple of days, it turned out to be 4 day. Well, she is something else. I got to know the girl a little better from my previous job at Calgary Transit. We had coffee time together, standby and others things. I think she was great. I got a good vibe from her. Of course, this posting is about saving money to do something fun for myself. NOT!!!
Anyhow, we agreed on a time for her to show up and I would meet here there. We did meet at my place. It was great to see her again. She looked more relaxed then the last time I saw her in Calgary. Well, the wine, coffee and Baileys came out. Including the Cribbage board! Well, it was great to spend sometime with her. From what I got from her, she wanted to enjoy some good company and food! DID we ever eat well that weekend. She enjoyed the time on the bus with me while working. It was amazing to see that the jobs we both do are so different from the two cities. So i took her to Granville Island and she had a little mobility problem to which surprised me. But, since I have been there many time, I told her that I understand we can pause whenever. We are rich and drank rich. It was really nice to spend some time to know her better. We talked about her problems and my problems. It felt really good to speak out and not to worry about who was around. Thank you Jill...
Well she left on Monday morning for Vancouver Island to visit a friend. It was funny to see her get lost as she called me to navigate her around town on cell to get back on route. That will forever stay with me... LOL. She ran into some problems on the Island with her friend. It was not good! She took the ferry back to the mainland and continued on her way back to Calgary. We talked some more when she got to Hope, BC and was settled in at her hotel. Good for you!
So, the next event was Billy and I again. We argued twice in one week and was really upset with him. Many words were said to me that I couldn't believe that Billy would say things. I cried hard. I mean hard. It was unbelievable. Anyhow, it was to a point that I did not want to see him at all on the weekend. The next call was then we both realized that we were in different stages in our lives. It makes sense now. But then again, it was up to Billy to make things happen. I tried everything to talk, to listen, to communicate and even get close to him between us. So, it was coming to an end between us. We both knew that it was time to go our ways for now. Strangely, we both agreed to that. So on the weekend, it would be about us. ANd guess what? It was about us. It was so amazing how we both were involved we each other. It was perfect. Thank you Billy! WOOF
We did a lot of together things around Vancouver. We were like a nice couple in love and enjoying each other company. We visited Deep Cove which is so beautiful around there. Then ,we drove to Lynne valley and did the suspended Bridge there and hiked up a bit in the area. We took some pictures of each other. Thanks to the inventor of Digital Cams. Pictures turned out really good. I do miss him a lot. Then we did the Vancouver Aquarium. It was nice to visit. Had lunch at Horseshoe Bay then spent some time at PumpJacks for beers. Met Nick, Scott and Andrew there and we had a great time. Then went home to get our Wii's and joined my British friends for a night of Super Mario Party. It was great. Overall, Billy said he enjoyed himself and really liked my friends. He did say many good things about where I live now. So, there maybe hope in the future. Love you Billy. And of course, we got intimate together after months and months of not doing it together. It was really hot to be with him again in that matter.
On Monday, after a home cooked meal together for the last time, I drove him to the airport and we said out good-byes and we hugged each other very strongly and had to let him go. It was hard to do! I felt like it was the last time I'll be able to hold him like that for a while. Never know what the future holds for both of us! Our paths may cross again. I am hoping so...
So now, a new beginning is at a full start. I am trying to put some money away in the next couple of months so I can do a few things. Bills are always on time so will have to keep that up. But with this new shift it may work out in my favor. I will be receiving a back-pay from Calgary transit for the raise I got in June 2006 which was finally agreed with this year's new union contract. So hopefully that will help with a few things and bring the accounts back up. 300 or 500 is money in the bank. And August is going to be 3 paycheck month. Just in time for Pride here in Vancouver. Cannot wait to have a good time again where the crowds are much more stronger and in mass for a great parade.
Things are looking up and cannot wait to reap in the rewards of my move to Vancouver. I am reaping in some it now but more to come. Friends are coming in my life, and work is getting better with a move to Burnaby Garage. Close to home and very nice work. Going to make the best of this time. Later
