Was out with a friend for dinner tonight in Phila and when I got back to my car the passenger window was smashed. The guy ransacked the car and stole my school bookbag and GPS. Well it is done and the window is in plus I was given a rental for free today so that work out.

True but now he has cost me all my Pennsic money and on top of that doesn't have to pay anything. He already has a record so this isn't going to do anything to it. When i go to court I can ask for the money back but was told I will not get it and he will get off scot free.

The guard caught him and called the cops. They caught him as he left the parking garage.

..... did you leave your stuff in plain sight? My car was parked about 10 feet from yours and put everything worth while in the trunk.. even an empty plastic bag that was on the floor. No temptations what-so-ever.
