(no subject)
hey. so lake BP was fun. we didn't go tubing at all but that's okay i guess. It was still good to see everybody. Well I swam basically the whole time and chilled on the boat....
we all went for a 2 in the morning dip and that was fun. i was so tired though.. (because of my lack of sleep lately). SO i wake up this morning around 12 to all of the girls taking my matress off of the bed and trying to put me in the lake. haha. they said they weren't really going to do but i don't believe them. lol. then today we took the boat out for a little cruise around the lake.
there was this platform thing that some kids built in '05.. there's a rope to swing into the water.. so mrs. l stopped and we all got to swing from that a couple times.
it was really fun but hard to keep yourself up. I have really bad ropeburn on my shin and thigh now... then we drove home around 5ish.
i left my video camera in the back of the van and whitney brought it to me just a little while ago. Thank you whitney :-)
well so i just woke up a little while ago to my mom saying.. "Kara, come outside.. Jack spray-painted your bike.. he needs to talk to you."
i was just like wth? he spray-painted my bike? lol
so i go out there and the entirely thing is black.
let me remind you.. i really couldn't care less because the bike is an old piece of crap that doesn't have any brakes.
i just still had to act like i was upset.
so he was explaining and I felt bad for some reason acting like i cared.. i'm not good at yelling at little kids that I actually like.. I like Jack, he's a cool little kid. So my mom went out front to get daniel or soemthing and I looked at Jack and said..
"You know Jack I'm going to tell you the truth... I'm not very upset about this bike because it was broken and I never ride it anyway.. But what if this had been something I really enjoyed? I wouldn't have been taking this so lightly. So, you're not in trouble if I have anything to do with it as long as you know that this was wrong and you'll never do anything like this again..."
So he told me that he wouldn't.. he offered to pay for a new bike. I told him it wasn't necessary.
Instead.. my mom's making him do lawn work.
She told him next time... she would call his parents. I felt bad. lol
This was cool though. I believe I handled it way-too-well ;-)
oh and yes.. it's official... Marissa is taking me to see paramore in 8 days.
