As someone past half a century old, it's come upon me to apply the mantle of wisdom and attempt to speak as if I am wise -- being that, if you set the calendar back a millennium or two, I'd be ancient and indeed one of the most sage and wise people around for that time and age.

Lesson 1. GET OVER YOURSELF
This seems to be the problem with most young people trying to get into business and relationships, relate to friends and even strangers over the Internet. Everything is Me, Me, Me, Me, Me. You need to break out of this habit of thinking about yourself first in everything you say and do, and think about the other person first. The better you become at thinking about how someone else would react to how you'd /verb/ them.

Prerequisites: DEVELOP A SELF
There's a difference between being a personality and being a robot. If all your actions are based on needs and desires, your personality is taking a back seat. Somewhere inside are expressions of something truer than hunger. These will help identify your true self.

OK, enough of the guru act... ttfn!
