snow! snow! snow!
We didn't get a Snowstorm Of DOOOOOOOM last night so much as just, y'know, a regular winter storm. But! I still have no plans to venture outside today, because I have a metric ass-ton of reading to do AND my kitchen is starting to sprout civilizations AND it's still pretty freaking cold outside (but not as cold as Canadia). And despite the gaps in my windows creating not a "draft" but an honest-to-goodness breeze, my apartment heats from freezing cold to Mojave desert in, like, ten minutes. So YAY I can be toasty all day. As long as the bread doesn't run out.
On days like this in college, I would haul all of my books to the library, find a deserted little nook, push two comfy chairs together, pull my puffy down coat over my legs like a blanket, and alternately read and sleep all afternoon long. Which is not unlike what I plan to do today. :)
