Back safe from Pennsylvania to an assload of answering machine messages, an apparently-broken air conditioner, a huge fucking pile of homework, and an inability to get to the books I need to complete said homework because not only has my office key *still* not arrived, but the security people who could ordinarily let me into the office were nowhere
