More voting venting

So if you've listened to NPR, you may have heard about the 9000 Rutgers students who were recently, and correctly, registered to vote, only to be told at the polls that their registrations were not processed and thus they couldn't vote. Rutgers filed a suit and they were allowed to have provisional ballots, but geez! I showed up at my class not only with directions for getting to the polling place, but also with "what to do if they try to give you any shit."

I will be sitting in front of the TV tonight with my CNN map and stickers while grading papers and trying to do readings for class. I swear I'm *this close* to starting my punk band and moving to Europe.
