If you're panicking to locate a place for September, you should totally come and check out the second floor at my building! It's located on beautiful Lawn street, and you have some pretty bad-ass neighbors (like me!) and some really kind landlords. They actually asked me for help, which is why I'm annoying you all.
Details: It's a 2-bedroom apartment for $1600/month, with a living area and a kitchen. Hot water is included (solar-powered, actually), as is a parking spot. All utilities are electric, and there's a coin-op washer and dryer on the premises. I'm in apartment #3, and haven't been downstairs much, but I am happy to answer any questions about the location.
