just returned from watching 'men who stare at goats'. the film was awkward. not so much in a good way as in a 'what the hell was that' way.
the story was basically the story of a reporter who changes his life after his wife broke up with him. and it was about the character played by george clooney who is (at least he tells so) psychic and a soldier. both meet and the reporter follows the soldier on some kind of mission. all this film got could have made a really good nonsense-fun-movie as well as a critical war-satire but it wasn't funny enough for the first one and too lame for the second one.
so after all it was fun to watch but it wasn't something worth to remember but it could have been great (which is a bit sad and the main reason i'm disappointed by it).
