my aching knee

So yesterday my knee was hurting sooooo much while at work. It was hot and sunny, no clouds in sight, but my knee was convinced it was going to rain. I then did a cardio kickboxing class at the gym. Once I arrived home, while maneuvering my gym bag, purse, and lunch bag around my truck in the garage I twisted my back in such a way that it was extremely painful on my right side. So the rest of my evening was spent with both sides of my body hurting.

But, it is raining today, so I feel slightly vindicated. :)
