1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? Live in Ireland

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? Yeah, I think I did…unintentinally. And yes, I have a new years resolution, and I hope I keep it.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth? No, I don’t think I know anyone who did this year.

4. Did anyone close to you die? No, thankfully.

5. What countries did you visit? Ireland, England.

6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? Well, Darren said money, and that would be handy, but I’m pretty much of the opinion that when I get home, to home home and IC home, I’ll have everything I need.

7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? The days I visited IC, because they rocked

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Um..I don’t know, I guess coming here was sort of an achievement, though I didn’t do it very well. And not killing Bob this summer, I’m pretty proud of that.

9. What was your biggest failure? Like I said…I didn’t do this very well, but I don’t know if that’s really a failure.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? I got crazy sick for a weekish here, but that’s about it- well and a few times last semester but nothing big.

11. What was the best thing you bought? Hee, my stamper this summer was pretty rad, but also my ticket to London- or really anywhere I’ve gone this semester.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration? Lots of people.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? No comment.

14. Where did most of your money go? To this trip: food, travel, etc.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Going on my whirlwind tour of upstate NY, going on all my trips, going home.

16. What song(s) will always remind you of 2004?! Hm…well, Semisonic, BTE, and Fiona Apple from spring semester; Accidentally in love, Are you gonna be my girl, and ah…probably a bunch of others from this summer; and by FAR ‘Call on me’ and ‘These words’ from Ireland with the possible addition of ‘More more more’ and ‘Lose my breath’ oh, and ‘Rare old times.’

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Sadder
ii. thinner or fatter? About the same probably
iii. richer or poorer? Poorer

18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Travelled, kept in touch with people

19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Um…all the stupid mopey crap

20. How will you be spending Christmas? Blissfully ^_^

22. Did you fall in love in 2004? Nope

23. How many one-night stands? That would be none..

24. What was your favorite TV program? Friends probably, we watch it constantly here, and Sex and the City

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Nope, dislike some people…but not hate, and I didn’t know them last year

26. What was the best book you read? Probably Angels and Demons or The DaVinci Code

27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Oh man, that question is TOO hard, I’ve been exposed to a lot of new kickass music this year

28. What did you want and get? A bunch of stuff

30. What was your favorite film of this year? Um…well, Peter Pan if that was this year, The Notebook was really good…oooh and Wimbledon, that was awesome.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? My housemates made me cake, I went out with Niyati, and got lectured at for hours by obnoxious Chris- I was 19 and in spite of being away from home and the Chris crap, it was fun

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Relationship stuff, that crap at the end of the semester not happening IC friendwise, having waited until the spring to come to Ireland

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004? Dunno…how would YOU?

34. What kept you sane? My Jelli, and other such friends

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?Heh…Peter pan. Clearly.

36. What political issue stirred you the most? Gay marriage

37. Who did you miss? Try everyone

38. Who was the best new person you met? Last semester? Lea, Tara, Sarah Deal, in no particular order; in Ireland? The Leeson girls, Meredith.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004: Don’t do things for the wrong reasons.
