...We have to wait 3 more weeks to find out what this baby is! HAHAHAHA! May 9th is when we are supposed to find out. The day after my oldest baby's B-day. This is like as bad as American IDol when you really want to know who's getting voted off, you have to wait til after commercial break! Well, this is our commercial break....hmmm. OK anyway! I have stacked on 5.5 more pounds this month. But I need not worry, it's a total of about 11 pounds in 18 weeks. That's not bad I guess. ;) All that good Florida food didn't do me any justice this past weekend. hehe.The heart rate was 144 and the baby just stays in my ribcage...Does this mean a girl?? I dunno... I think I squished the baby's arm/leg/foot the other night. I was laying flat on my back and pushing on my belly to see if I could feel it, and it jerked its arm/leg/foot away. He/she didn't like it too much. It's kinda cute when they do that kinda stuff though. That is one thing I DO like about being pregnant. You can annoy the heck out em and they dont even know who you are yet.... and you cant hear them cry. hehe.
On a sadder yet lighter note...I just found out today that my job is laying me and one of my co workers off as of September 14th. That is the Friday before the baby is due. They are "eliminating" the accounting department in Baton Rouge and relocating in Atlanta. GO figure!! I guess I got what I wanted... to be able to stay home with the kids and still get paid (they offerd severance,paid maternity leave and all that jazz). How about that? But it just makes me nervous knowing that I should be at a job doing something instead of being at home cleaning and wiping butts! And i'm just sad that I will miss all my crazy, kooky coworkers. So if you know anyone looking for Payables/ Receivables clerk in Baton Rouge area. I'll be available in September,I mean October... or November..... something like that.
