A good Weekend 2
So this icy crap has done nothing to me, the weekend was still good. The only thing that I can complain about is I have a nasty cold.
So I am going to start to get back into Photography again. Why? Because I think that I am good at it and I like to tell a story with a picture than words. *runs quickly to blow nose, and wipe off monitor* Sorry I just had a sneezing fit. So anyways I have a bad ass camera and I need to start using it. Over vacation I found a book at Barns & Noble. This book is great, the author is writing like he is talking to me as a friend, not just writing for a book. So with my limited reading abilities this helps a lot. I have found many techniques for my camera, and now most of the time I shoot in Aperture mode. So this weekend I went to the field behind my house and shot some pics. for 2 & 1/2 hours in the 16 degree weather, but I did not care I was having a blast! So after shooting, breaking my tripod, and not being able to feel my fingers any more, I returned home with
So I guess the 60$ worth of filters really worked! I am planning on selling the pictures on the internet and doing more work in that filed. First I have to build a portfolio. To anyone who does photography.....um hum gimpdaddy, I was thinking about having a whole day of going out and taking pictures around the city. Then in August I am going to really try to go back to Eureka Springs Arkansas, on a photography pilgrimage.
Also I have some super exciting news, but I can not release that info yet, I will in about a week or less. This has been a super weekend. Let me know what you think of the pics. :)
EDIT: I also had a great weekend with brgimpy2007, it was nice to see her again after a long break, she made me my grandmas waffles from scratch, and just plain kicked ass, I missed her.....LOTS. * this is just to save my ass *
