Excellent finale.
Worst ending ever. Mainly because I knew it was coming, it happened exactly as I'd guessed, and that still didn't help. That ending is one of my worst nightmares, too.
Heartbreak for days.
And how the Doctor took his jacket off at the end? I mean, yes, it was wet - but still, he never, ever just takes the jacket off. Even that one time before that he did that (that I can think of), it was just to wrap around Donna because she'd be cold. He comes from a society of stuffy prudes, so even alone in the TARDIS before, he's kept his clothes on.
It was just about the worst thing he could have done. Including cry.
