I spent most of my day (and night) working with my work's replication systems, where it propagates its data from itself to any other machines. Thinking about that lead me to this for the drawing.
I learned one important lession - start drawings bigger. The smaller components were so small that the individual pixels started becoming issues when shading things.
It's always easy to shrink an image later, but you can't blow it up to get more detail.
This drawing also shows another advantage of using digital tools rather than traditional pencil & paper. Draw one robot, copy + paste paste paste pate. :)
