These are awesome, it looks like you had a lot of fun!
I've never been to Warped, but I think it would be cool to at least once. There just weren't enough bands I liked enough to justify driving two hours to see them. Actually thats a lie, maybe I couldn't find any friends to come? I dunno, I wasn't very motivated.
I looove the pictures of Family Force 5, I do think I've ever heard of them outside of you mentioning them, so I'll definitely have to check their music out!
Aw, you should definitely go next year! I mean, unless the bands suck, which I'm sure they won't. I had to take a 2 hour ferry each way to go, but it was worth it. The whole day was just such a cool experience.
Yesss, they're amazing! I can upload their album if you want, I'll do anything to spread the FF5 love :D
Yeah, I am definitely going sometime in the next two years. I would love it if I could spend my entire summer after high school (year after next) just going to concerts.
That's great, thanks so much. I wanted to wait until I got a chance to listen before replying, and oh man this is awesome. I love rap/rock fusion stuff, these guys are crazy. I think I'm going to recommend "Numb" to my breakdancing friend, lol.
Yay, I'm so glad you like them! I always get a little nervous recommending these guys to other people because they're definitely a little out of the ordinary, but so awesome :D
And when they did the song Numb live at Warped, they actually tried to get the crowd to form a circle so people could breakdance. I don't know if it worked because I was squished up front, but I'm sure it was amazing!
Before I listened, I looked them up on Wikipedia and will admit that I was a little hesitant because their genres are listed as "Christian Rock, Crunk, Rapcore, Alternative Rock, Southern Rock" and I had no idea how those could possibly go together at all. And yet some how they do. It's kind of annoying though how a band will be classified as "Christian Rock" just because they're Christians, even if there is no noticeable influence of it in their music.
Haha, that's amazing! I agree though, they're really religious and everything but it doesn't show up in their music, so it seems kind of silly. I guess people just wouldn't expect Christian Rock and Crunk to be used to describe the same band, lol.
