[Scotty's brow is furrowed as he sets his little communication device up in front of him. He pokes at something below the camera and it seems like the colors are sharper on the transmission. Additionally, the volume seems to be coming in clearer. He flashes a little awkward smile and looks down, scratching the back of his neck.]

I like these ickle new devices, though I can't account fer any sort o' good calibrations on 'em. If anyone's needin' a bit o' a tune up, I don't blame yeh. Bring 'em on over to ah... ah...
[He stands up and out of the camera's view until it sounds like he's definitely hit his head on something. Flopping back in his chair while rubbing his head, he looks up begrudgingly at whatever off-camera menace he managed to catch himself on. He doesn't realize it yet, but there's definitely blood on the hand he's rubbing his head with.]
I'll have t'get my cabin number later, then! I have a lot o' apologizin' t'do fer leavin', so, there's that.
