Drag me to Hell - Movie Review
When I originally watched the trailer, and saw the certificate for Drag me to Hell, I was originally disappointed because I assumed a 15 film would be missing real horror moment. However, I was wrong!
This film TERRIFIED me! Totally! I almost even covered my eyes at one point! I think I jumped at least 5 times. Sam Raimi has created an absolutely BRILLIANT piece of work here, and it shows! For a film that's only just over 90 minutes long, it packs in SO much it's amazing!
Drag me to Hell relies a lot on shock, suspense and fear. Raimi knows exactly how to build up to a shocking climax, and he does this many, many times during this film. But you never know when the next shock is going to come.
The film is genuinely disturbing, gross, sickening and horrifying, but in an entertaining way! It's essential viewing for any true horror fans, like myself. Be warned though, it is NOT for the faint of heart, really!
