(no subject)
i tend not to post very intricate, complex, or personal things very much anymore, but tonight will be an exception. if you do not want to hear about the events of prom, just skip this.
after several hours of confusion regarding rides and such, the group discovered that the girl (ramsey) that was going to drive us was no longer allowed to. then ramsey's date was going to drive, but his truck couldn't fit the four of us. so ramsey's dad ended up driving us to dinner and to prom. (no big deal, but it seemed like it beforehand.)
kayti came over (she looked absolutely gorgeous) and we took some pictures, and then went over to ramsey's. took more pictures over ramsey's and waited for luke to get there. took a few minutes, and then we took more pictures.
then, half an hour late, we were off to dinner. mellow mushroom. enough said. it was good. really good. can't beat pizza before prom.
got to prom, mingled, schmoozed, did all those social things. after a couple hours of sociality, prom began to get old. kayti pretty much summed it up right when she said that prom was just for people to dress up super nice and try and show each other up and such. hrm. we looked hot though, so can't beat us. black and white were definitely the colors of the evening.
anyways, we left an hour early (10:30ish) and went back to my house for a movie. got to the house, girls realized they didn't have any clothes to change into. i gave them some of my old stuff. nothing cuter than a girl in your clothes. except maybe two girls in your clothes. then realized we didn't have the movie. ramsey and luke ran out and got the movie, and we continued with the night.
watched part of the movie, ramsey crashed on the couch, and kayti became incoherent. luke left, and we just chilled for a bit, sort-of halfway watching the movie. at about 1ish i took the girls back to kayti's, and that was the end of my night.
and now i am here, writing.
