I was swinging myself back and forth while staring at the blue, starry night sky, still trying to process what happened earlier. Was it real? My tears rolled down my cheeks, I couldn't hold it back but I wiped it away and smiled, trying to get into the brighter side.

"Hello everyone! I will be your new teacher. Please be excited because we're going to have fun!" I excitedly introduced myself to the children. I am a pre-school teacher in Shizuoka, I finished my education in the Philippines so I could teach in Japan. It was my dream--was part of my dream because my big dream was to live here, to breathe its air, to be in the same country as him; Chinen Yuri.
Chinen Yuri is a J&A idol, he is a member of the boy group, Hey! Say! JUMP, I was a big fan of them especially him so I studied hard and pursued the course I know would take me here and now I'm finally here.
Before I come to Shizuoka, I went to Tokyo, lived there for half a year, familiarizing myself to Japanese customs and of course applying for jobs. I went to watch various live shows and concerts and grabbed every chances of seeing him. And now I took the chance to be able to work in the town where he came from.
I was scanning through the names of my student and one name caught my attention; Chinen Airi. I called her, she came jumping to me, she was a sweet and cute girl, her facial features are like his, my heart started beating fast and my mind started to think of silly things like 'Was she Chinen-kun's daughter?', my mind was telling me to ask about her parents but I was scared. I was scared to confirm my thought but, in the end, I asked.
"Hi Airi-chan! You're so cute! I wanted to pinch your cheeks!" I said, squishing her.
"Thank you, sensei!" She replied.
"Maybe you have a cute mom and dad!" I continued while brushing her hair.
"Unn! My mom is pretty and my dad was the cutest! Everyone admires him!" She giggled. I paused for a while, no, I'm over thinking.
"Really? Wow! I want to meet them!" I said pretending to be excited, she frowned and gave me a sad smile.
"Many people wanted to meet papa, he's in Tokyo right now, I only see him in TV but my papa is the best papa in the world!" She was sad while telling me about it but smiled bright when she told me he was the best.
"Chinen Yuri..." I mumbled. She heard me and her eyes went wide open. She put her index finger on her lips telling me to keep quiet.
"You know my papa? Sensei don't tell anyone, please!" She clamped her hands together and begged.
"Of course sensei won't tell anyone, this is our secret!" I forced a smile before letting her go and play with her classmates.

I still couldn't believe it but at least now I know, I should accept it. It hurts so much but this is the reality, I should be happy that he found a family that would treasure and cherish him forever. Maybe there's a family waiting for me too. It will take time but I will move on.
