(no subject)
Really, really weird dream.
I'm pretty sure it was in the future. And I was some sort of ruler. A princess probably because I was running around in this big ball gown dress thing.
But everything was set here on campus.
It was very confusing. Anyways, there were large animals-- I'm talking like Ice Age era hairy mammouth looking creatures that just passed by. We acted like it was the most natural thing in the world for these things to just amble by.
At one point we realized there were giant slug babies trapped beneath the surface and we were helping them get out which didn't make the adult giant slugs happy for some reason.
Then I'm pretty sure that I got married.... I think to Steven It happened really fast and then we went to an Italian restaurant to celebrate-- my parents and his were with us. A little greek guy came over and started talking to us. Asking us to sing to his granddaughter that had just turned one and talking about how his skin was green.
Then there was... some crisis. Something that made us rush back to campus. I think one of my advisors was going to try to handle something by themselves but it turned dangerous, so Steven and I went to help her. I don't know that we ever got to her. I kept getting distracted and then Steven kept pulling me along.
I remember we were right where she was, but she had already jumped down the hole we pulled the slug babies out of.
Somewhere in there, I watched a choir concert where I was wearing my lost "little black dress." It makes me angry that I can't find that dress anymore.
So weird.
