This is Starfleet Officer Montgomery Scott, and this here is an announcement for all students in Introduction to Physics, or, as I like to call it, the course that will Change Your Life As You Know It Because of the Enduring Love of Physics It Will Engender.
Our first Luceti Egg Drop competition is fast approaching! Students, please choose a partner and together create a vehicle that will protect a wee little egg as it plummets from the roof of Community Building Four. You cannot use magic to make your vehicle; any materials are fair game, but I encourage you to be inventive.
For everyone else, I invite you to attend this little spectacle of science on the morning of 11 March. It's a fine time to enjoy a pint and perhaps make a little wager as well.
